Rescheduling Policy

You are able to reschedule your appointment ONCE.

 

If you want to reschedule more than once you will lose that booking fee; and be expected to pay a new booking fee to rebook another appointment.

If you wish to reschedule with 72 hours' notice you are able to move to a new date. Less than 72 hours, you will lose your booking fee.

 

You will also be expected to pay for your appointment in FULL.

​

If you have booked a package and you reschedule with less than 72 hours notice you will lose that session.

​

If you don't attend your appointment you will lose your booking fee and be expected to pay the remaining balance in FULL before returning to the Clinic.
