Treatments
Post Surgery
I have many clients coming to me after visiting other therapists that are claiming they are Post Surgery trained; when they are not.

Other therapists may offer Lymphatic Drainage massage; however it is not the same technique used for Post Surgery Lymphatic Drainage.

Please make sure you research your therapist before receiving treatment from them.

If you are having Cosmetic Surgery for example Liposuction, Tummy Tuck, Fat Transfer or BBL then you need to ensure you receive the correct aftercare.

After you have surgery your body will be full of fluids and swelling. You will need a minimum of 5-10 massages following your surgery.

The massages can be started from 3 days after your surgery. Please book your first appointment in advance of your surgery date; as I get booked up very quickly and to avoid disappointment.

The massages are designed to prevent complications such as seromas and fibrosis from occurring.

The massages also speed up your recovery time.

Most people book a course of 5 to start with and I will access you from there on.

Please note that your Post Operative aftercare is accountable for 50% of the results from your surgery.
Having one or two massages after having major surgery will not be sufficient for a speedy recovery and the best results.
Lymphatic Drainage & Body Contouring
The Lymphatic Drainage Massage is designed to rid your body of unwanted toxins and clean your lymphatic system.
At the end of the massage this enables me to shape and mould your body to create a nice defined waist.

The waist contouring is unique to my business and cannot be achieved anywhere else.

A cavitation machine is used to break down fat cells and reduce cellulite.
This is all done in one session.

The massage also helps reduce water retention and bloating, as well as promoting better sleep and alleviating anxiety.

After the massage you are required to drink 2-3 litres of water per day to enhance the effects of the massage and to clean your body of any toxins and waste.
With each session your results will improve.

A course of 5-10 is recommended for optimum results.
This treatment can also be combined with Wood Therapy for individual treatment plans.
Wood Therapy
Wood Therapy intensifies the breakdown of fat and cellulite so that it can be eliminated through the body along with other unwanted toxins.

This technique employs repetitive movements using different wooden instruments to manipulate targeted areas of muscle, fat and cellulite. This stimulates the Lymphatic System to remove unnecessary water, fat and toxins from the body.

The treatment is non invasive, speeds up metabolism, and really helps to create more definition to the body and its shape.

A course of 5-10 is recommended for the best results.

This treatment can also be combined with the Lymphatic Massage and/Cavitation machine for individual treatment plans.
Radio Frequency & Cavitation
Radio frequency is a skin tightening treatment that is non surgical.

The procedure involves using energy waves that heat the dermis layer of the skin. This heat stimulates the production of collagen to tighten, tone and lift the skin.

Cavitation is ultrasonic waves that is used to breakdown fat cells. It is also non surgical.

The procedure involves ultrasonic vibrations turning the fat cells into liquid. The body can then excrete it as waste through your urine.

Cavitation and RF are combined into your individual treatment plans depending on your needs.
